Rancho BEERnardo Festival Frequently Asked Questions                         August 2021

Q: Can I return tickets?
A: Of course! You may return tickets up to 7 days before the beginning of the event.
Simply follow the return instructions on Eventbrite to request the refund.

Q: Where can I find my ticket?
A: You were emailed a copy of both the digital and PDF version of your ticket.
Need another email confirmation? Please request through Eventbrite.

Q: Are children or infants allowed at the event?
A: Sorry, no. This is a 21 and up event only and no children or infants will be admitted.

Q: Can I bring my dog or other pets?
A: Pets are not allowed at the Rancho BEERnardo Festival. Service and comfort animals are welcome.
We’re expecting a large crowd and they can be overwhelming, so please leave your pets at home.

Q: Do Designated Drivers have to be 21?
A: Yes. Nobody is allowed to attend in any capacity unless they’re at least 21 years old with a valid ID.

Q: I bought a DD ticket for Saturday’s Rancho BEERnardo Festival. What beverages are available?
A: Thank you for doing your part to keep your friends and family safe.  Water is available throughout the event.

Q: Can I bring a water bottle?
A: We will have plenty of chilled water on hand, so bring your reusable water bottles to fill up and stay hydrated!

Q: Is there food available?
A: Yes! Food for purchase is available.

Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: Small snacks are acceptable.

Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes, and it’s free. Please see the map at rbfest.com for details.  On the day of the event,
follow the signs and parking attendant directions for your appropriate parking area.
There are separate locations for General Admission attendees, VIP attendees, and event vendors and volunteers.

Q: Where can I smoke/vape?
A: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the festival site.  If you need to have a smoke break,
you can leave the fenced off area and your wrist band will allow you re-entry.  Remember not
to take any alcoholic beverages with you as they are not allowed to leave the venue by law.

Q: What type of I.D. should I bring?
A: Your library card won’t work, so bring one of the following:  Driver’s License, State ID, Military ID, or Passport

Q: Are there any prohibited items?
A: Outside alcoholic beverages and weapons. 

THIS EVENT IS 21 AND OVER ONLY, INCLUDING DESIGNATED DRIVERS.

Please do not forget your valid photo ID. We cannot allow entry to the event without a valid ID.
Sorry, no infants, children, or pets.

Designated drivers do not receive a commemorative glass and will not be served alcohol.
Any designated driver found drinking beer will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be offered.

We will have plenty of chilled water on hand; stay hydrated!

Pace yourself.  Your safety is in everybody’s best interest; as such California law prohibits us to
serve any obviously intoxicated guests.

Notice: Rancho BEERnardo Sunrise Rotary and our participating vendors sometimes take photos and videos at the event to use for promotional purposes. By participating in or attending the Rancho BEERnardo Festival, you agree that you may appear in some of these photos and videos, and you authorize their use in this fashion. On the flip side, if you take any photos or videos of attendees at the event and provide them to us, you authorize us to use them in the same fashion and confirm that the attendees who appear in your photos and videos have also consented to such use.
